Michael Scott


Michael studied culinary arts and hotel management before becoming a farmer. He farmed in Mexico prior to farming in CA for a couple years and then starting Live Oak Farm three years ago. In Mexico there’s no food safety regulations for small farms, so he has learned a lot about new food safety regulations in the United States and incorporated new practices at the farm to be in compliance.
